Description: Logic analyzer adapter for 48-QFN packages with 0.5mm pitch. The adapter replaces the QFN package on the pads on the target and accepts the same package. Single-in-line test and monitoring pins on the perimeter of the adapter are numbered. The adapter utilizes Plastronics 64-pin open-top test socket. The adapter has a two-part construction. The bottom part with male pins and the footprint not larger than the package itself, base, replaces the package on the pads. The top part has matching, 500 mil high, female connector. Additional bases, part number 48QFN20-SD2, can be ordered at any time.
