| Description: Logic analyzer adapter for 64-TQFP packages. This logic analyzer adapter replaces the 64-TQFP package on the 64-TQFP pads on the target and accepts the same 64-TQFP package. Each lead of 64-TQFP package in the adapter has a switch mounted in series. Each switch has test pins on both sides ? one on the side of the 64-TQFP package in the adapter, one on the side of target?s 64-TQFP pads. Pin isolator adapter is also useful in debugging of bus oriented systems. In addition to signal disconnection, the signals can also be re-routed. This is a two-part adapter. Additional 64-TQFP bases which replace the 64-TQFP package on the 64-TQFP pads can be purchased separately. The adapter utilizes 100-pin hinge-lid TQFP ZIF test socket from Yamaichi. The socket is replaceable without soldering. Additional TQFP bases, part number 64QFS20-SD, can be ordered at any time. |
