| Description: 180-pin PGA Pin Monitor for use with logic analyzers and other signal monitoring or signal injection instruments. PGA matrix expansion makes for easy test pin location. All test pins are numbered (XY). The adapter has two PGA pins in series. A low insertion force top pin accepts the PGA package. A replaceable bottom pin plugs into the target's socket. PGA Pin Monitors with very low insertion force socket are also available. For high volume testing PGA Pin Monitors with pogo pins (spring loaded) ZIF sockets are also available. A 400-mil high PGA extenders for higher vertical clearance are also available. PGA matrix sizes from 5x5 to 25x25 are available. A maximum number of nested rows currently available is 8. |
