Description: 64-QFN-MLF vertical logic analyzer adapter. This 64-QFN-MLF Pin Isolator replaces the 0.5mm pitch QFN-MLF package on the pads on the target and accepts the same package. Test pins and switches are located on vertical side boards. The adapter utilizes 64-pin open-top QFN-MLF ZIF test socket from Plastronics. The adapter has a two-part construction. The bottom part, base, with male pins and the footprint not larger than the package itself, replaces the package on the pads. The top part has QFN-MLF ZIF test socket, test pins and switches. Additional 64-QFN-MLF bases (part number 64QFN20-SD2) can be ordered at any time.
