The bottom part, base, with male pins and the footprint not larger than the package itself, replaces the package on the pads. The top part has QFN-MLF ZIF test socket, test pins and switches. Additional 64-QFN-MLF bases (part number 64QFN20-SD2) can be ordered at any time. |
