| Description: Logic analyzer adapter for 32-QFP, 0.8mm pitch packages. This logic analyzer adapter replaces the 32-QFP package on the 32-QFP pads on the target and accepts the same 32-QFP package. Each lead of 32-QFP package in the adapter has a switch mounted in series. Each switch has test pins on both sides ? one on the side of the 32-QFP package in the adapter, one on the side of target?s 32-QFP pads. Pin isolator adapter is also useful in debugging of bus oriented systems. In addition to signal disconnection, the signals can also be re-routed. This is a two-part adapter. Additional 32-QFP bases which replace the 32-QFP package on the 32-QFP pads can be purchased separately. The adapter utilizes 32-pin open-top QFP ZIF test socket from Wells. Additional QFP bases, part number 32QFS31-SD, can be ordered at any time. |
