| Description: Logic analyzer adapter for 52-QFP packages with 0.65mm pitch and tip-to-tip dimension of 13.2mm. This logic analyzer adapter replaces the 52-QFP package on the 52-QFP pads on the target and accepts the same 52-QFP package. Each lead of 52-QFP package in the adapter has a switch mounted in series. Each switch has test pins on both sides ? one on the side of the 52-QFP package in the adapter, one on the side of target?s 52-QFP pads. Pin isolator adapter is also useful in debugging of bus oriented systems. In addition to signal disconnection, the signals can also be re-routed. This is a two-part adapter. Additional 52-QFP bases which replace the 52-QFP package on the 52-QFP pads can be purchased separately. The adapter utilizes 52-pin open-top QFP ZIF test socket from Enplas. The socket is replaceable without soldering. Additional QFP bases, part number 52QFS26SD, can be ordered at any time. |
