| Description: Logic analyzer adapter for 100-TQFP packages. This logic analyzer adapter replaces the 100-TQFP package on the 100-TQFP pads on the target and accepts the same 100-TQFP package. Each lead of 100-TQFP package in the adapter has a switch mounted in series. Each switch has test pins on both sides ? one on the side of the 100-TQFP package in the adapter, one on the side of target?s 100-TQFP pads. Pin isolator adapter is also useful in debugging of bus oriented systems. In addition to signal disconnection, the signals can also be re-routed. This is a two-part adapter. Additional 100-TQFP bases which replace the 100-TQFP package on the 100-TQFP pads can be purchased separately. The adapter utilizes 100-pin hinge-lid TQFP ZIF test socket from Yamaichi. The socket is replaceable without soldering. Additional TQFP bases, part number 100QFS20-SD, can be ordered at any time. |
