| Description: Logic analyzer adapter for 48-TQFP packages. This logic analyzer adapter replaces the TQFP package on the pads on the target and accepts the same package. Single-in-line test and monitoring pins on the perimeter of the adapter are numbered. The adapter utilizes 48-pin open-top ZIF test socket from Wells-CTI. The adapter has a two-part construction. The bottom part with male pins and the footprint not larger than the package itself, base, replaces the package on the pads. The top part has matching female connector. Additional bases, part number 44QFS31-SD, can be ordered at any time. |
