Description: 16-pin SOIC Pin Isolator with 16-SOIC ZIF SOIC test socket for 16-SOIC, 300 mil wide, package, and a switch in-line with every signal. Test & monitoring pins are on both sides of each switch. Adapter part number is ISH16SO30-SO-ZO-SD. The adapter is for use with logic analyzers and other signal monitoring and injection istruments. Two part adapter. The bottom part, base, replaces the package on the target's pads. Additional bases, part number 16SO30-SD, can be purchased at any time.
